Mr. Samuel Cophie a Kente weaver who work for people on contract bases. He was much faster than the other weavers so any visitor who visit to the town, to buy or to place an order for designing a new or writing something in a cloth such as (e,g MAY GOD BLESS YOUR MARRIAGE for a gift to someone, or Class of the graduation year e,g 2000 for students graduation of the year) & mach more are always delicates to Mr. Cophie for a quality product. In 1985. Mr. Samuel Cophie became a well known, especially among the embassy comunity, and had received orders from the Yogoslavians, Canadians, British high commitioners, as well as from the staff of the United Nations Development exhibition held in Ghana in 1986, brougt foreingners flocking to Mr. Cophie's shop. Mr. Cophie credits his knowlegle of English with helping his business, but his willingness to experiment has also been important.
